I normally don't do reviews but I'm giving this a four out of five due to the fact Lu had really good customer service. He got me in and out real fast. I legit drove from Tampa down there to Oakland to drive a car back had no issues but just the tires went flat on me apparently, you know tires wasn't fully inflated I guess. I do give it to him props I mean. His selling game is on point I went down there exactly for the car I wanted and I got it he did look out for me for a couple things. Like I said I give him his props his business mind is on point. Trust me when I say this I am a mechanic I work on airplanes. If you feel like you going to have issues with the car down the line bring a MECHANIC with you. Or even do your research on the car. He has signs up that says AS IS, so if you don't see them signs you have big issues. You are buying used cars not fresh off the lot. They're going to have a hundred some miles on it, unless you may find one that's got lower mileage. Other then that if you get a car from him like I said just make sure you bring in the mechanic with you because he will allow you plenty of time to check the car before you take it.
Truthfully, I had almost given up finding a vehicle I wasn't going to hate and wasn't going to be making $500/month payments with crazy insurance rates for the next five years. But Lu made the entire process incredibly smooth, got my registration, my insurance, and my car off the lot while working with my budget. GREAT customer service and I'll probably be going there in the future for a second vehicle..
We live out of state and found a Maserati we wanted to buy in Florida. The vehicle was being sold by a private seller which we had been in contact with and ended up coming across Lu. What a outstanding guy. He educated us on the process and got our paperwork done quickly and effeciently. We flew down to Florida to meet Lu who got us situated and delivered a inexplainable experience in our car buying process. It was quick, transparent and honest. Recommended!
We met Lu while at another place he was walking by and we asked him a question. He did not work there but was not hesitant to help us get info and go out of his way to talk to us and give us service even though he did not have to at all. We ended up getting his number because he offered to answer any questions we may have in the future. Fast forward 3 weeks we call him and ask him if he knew of someone with a specific car we were looking for, a dodge magnum. He said he would locate one for us and within 2 days he had one ready to go. We purchased it and it was as described, a great car, great service and came with a 90 day warranty. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I saw this vehicle online and called the dealer that's when the owner Lou picked up. I was looking for a car for my daughter but I was stuck between two options and Lou assured me that the hour drive I made would not be a regret, and he delivered.
