Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold AS-IS and miles exempt. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection for major damage to the engine or transmission. We welcome any outside inspection by a qualified mechanic and will allow customers to inspect or have their vehicles inspected on-site for a second opinion prior to purchase. We also allow outside inspections at third-party shops at the customer's expense. A one-time fee of $99 will be charged for any outside inspections, this fee is applied towards gas and helping keep our vehicles clean and sanitized in order to comply with health guidelines. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle re-listing fees, and lost dealership productivity. All obligations pursuant to our issued contracts shall be performable in Broward County, Florida. The vehicle shall be delivered to Vox Automotive in Broward County, Florida, and all obligations of purchasers to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Broward County, Florida. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be Broward County, Florida.
